By accessing and using MARIA CODE platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the MARIA CODE platform, including but not limited to CLI users, API consumers, and web interface users.

MARIA CODE is an AI-powered development platform that provides:

• Natural language to code generation
• Multi-modal AI capabilities (text, image, video, voice)
• Enterprise-grade security and compliance
• API access and CLI tools
• Real-time collaboration features

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Protect your account credentials and API keys
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
• Not use the service for malicious or harmful purposes

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Usage-based billing applies to API calls, compute resources, and premium features. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse.

You retain ownership of code and content you create using MARIA CODE. We retain rights to our platform technology and improvements.

Generated code is provided "as-is" and users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated content before use.
